When life feels hard, it can be comforting to know you have someone on your side. Helping with the  uncomfortable emotions or celebrating your wins, therapy allows for that comfort and all the in-betweens. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for you to feel safe and work through the struggles that you are dealing with together. 

I support children 5+, teens, and young adults with their anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, ADHD, Autism, OCD, anger management, stress, behavioral issues, self-esteem, LGBTQ issues and impulse control. ​

I am an in-network provider for all commercial BCBS, United, Cigna and Aetna plans. ​

APPROACH

I use an integrative approach where I tailor sessions to your needs drawing from evidence-based treatments such as  cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, Family Systems, play therapy, person-centered, and motivational interviewing. 

About ME

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology  from UNC Pembroke and a Masters in Social Work from UNC Pembroke.   I am licensed by the North Carolina Board of Social Workers as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
