I work with  children 6+ and teens,  experiencing  anxiety, behavioral concerns , ADHD, ASD ODD, tantrums, emotional regulation outbursts, concentration) grief, self-esteem, self-worth, stress, trauma, relational difficulties, LGBTQ+ related issues, school related issues.

I see adults (18+) experiencing  anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, parenting,  relationship issues (individuals only), self-esteem, self-worth, stress, trauma/PTSD, women's issues, bipolar, OCD, LGBTQ+ related issues, transgender, mood disorders.

I am an in-network provider for all commercial BCBS, United, Cigna and Aetna plans.

APPROACH

 I utilize an integrative approach where I tailor sessions to your needs drawing from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, Expressive Art Therapy, and Play Therapy

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Social Work from North Carolina State University.
