Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying anxiety, self-doubt, difficult emotions, or the pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, gain clarity, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, stress, burnout, and performance-related pressure. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered counseling. I help clients build self-awareness, emotional flexibility, resilience, and meaningful change that aligns with their values. I also enjoy working with athletes, performers, high achievers, and individuals struggling with perfectionism, identity concerns, or the pressure to perform. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to explore what matters most and take steps toward the life you want to build. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, authentic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and pursue lasting growth. |
APPROACH |
I use an integrative approach where I tailor sessions to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, Reality Therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions among others.
