Trauma focused therapy provides individuals a safe place to talk about the event and help them overcome their anxiety and fear. In therapy, we teach skills on how to handle troubling emotions connected to the trauma as well as ways to reduce the anxiety, fear, memories, and nightmares that often occur after a traumatic experience.
