Seeking therapy takes a lot of courage, and reaching out can be intimidating. I am here to help and to guide you through the process. I believe that you deserve the opportunity to be well and feel empowered. Although you are not alone, your situation if specific to you- your feelings, reactions, circumstances.  I provide a safe environment that offers support and reflection without judgement. You are an individual, and you will have an individualized plan according to your needs and goals for therapy.  I believe that every individual has the ability to be healthy, happy and successful.  I want to help you discover your strengths and help you on your journey to wellness.


I see adults sealing with: anxiety, depressions, trauma/PTSD,  bipolar, personality disorders, agoraphobia, mood disorders, relationship issues (individuals only), self-esteem, parenting help, grief, anger, divorce, work stress, relationship violence and general life issues.

I am an in-network provider for all commercial BCBS, United, Cigna and Aetna plans. ​

Approach

In practice I utilize a variety of therapy modalities including:  cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion focused, culturally sensitive therapies, psycho-dynamic therapy, person centered, behavior modification, trauma-focused therapy. ​

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Montana and my Master's Degree from Walla Walla University in Montana. ​
