Eating disorders and disordered eating can affect your physical health, emotional well-being, and relationship with food and your body. If food rules, guilt, fear of weight changes, bingeing, purging, restricting, or constant body checking are taking up too much space in your life, support is available—and recovery is possible.
We support clients experiencing concerns such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and other patterns of disordered eating. Many people also experience anxiety, depression, perfectionism, shame, or low self-worth alongside eating concerns, and therapy can address both the eating-related behaviors and the underlying stressors.
How Therapy Can HelpTherapy provides a confidential, non-judgmental space to understand what is driving eating-related behaviors and to build healthier coping strategies. Treatment can include improving emotional regulation, reducing food-related anxiety, addressing perfectionism and self-criticism, strengthening body image, and developing sustainable patterns that support long-term well-being.
