I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and develop insight that supports meaningful and lasting change.

I work with children (ages 8+), teens, and adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I support clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and I tailor care to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I see individuals for concerns such as:  anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral and emotional challenges, and experiences of PTSD, trauma or complex trauma. I also help individuals manage adjustment challenges, major life transitions, and stress related to work or school.

In addition, I support clients navigating relationship and family-related concerns, including interpersonal and relational conflict, emotional abuse, bullying, and parental support challenges. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I am an in-network provider for all commercial BCBS, United, Cigna and Aetna plans. ​

Approach
My approach is integrative and client-centered, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and play therapy. Throughout the therapeutic process, I emphasize self-compassion, emotional awareness, and practical skill-building to help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

About Me
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media from Purchase College and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pace University.
