What is the The Daring Way™?
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential therapeutic group based on the
research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and
behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and
practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted
living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and
developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent,
and lead.
Who can benefit from The Daring Way™?
Anyone can benefit from the program who has a desire to develop resilience and courage to live life from a place of greater authenticity. This can mean a desire to experience greater connection in personal relationships, a curiosity for ongoing self-evaluation and personal growth, or a desire to “let go” of thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back from living the life you want. The curriculum is especially helpful who those who struggle with self-identify, self-esteem, social anxiety, perfectionism, the need for control, or feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness.
